Pricing questions
What counts as an AI action?
Each AI action uses one: generating ideas, analyzing a file, image, recording or video, extracting ideas from a document, and creating insights or a roadmap. Failed or cancelled analyses also count, because the AI provider charges for them.
Do session participants count as team members?
No. Up to 50 people can join a session by scanning its QR code and add ideas. Team members are the people who can open and edit projects.
What happens when I reach a limit?
You keep everything you have. Projects and team members stay at your plan's limit until you upgrade. AI actions reset at the start of each calendar month.
How does yearly billing work?
Team is $290 a year or $29 a month. Paying monthly for a year costs $348, so yearly is 2 months free.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then moves to Free.
Why is there a free plan?
So a team can run a real session before paying. One project and 20 AI actions a month is enough for a first workshop.
